Shipping & Returns
Orders take about 4-6 weeks for delivery. We however strive to ship all our orders of our items as soon as possible. However, in some situations, the delivery timeframe is a bit extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate each client’s patience as we always are working on getting your order to you as fast as possible. If you place an order and need the item urgently, kindly please email us at email@example.com once the order is placed along with the order number and we can look to see if we can expedite your order for you.
Lastly, if you want to make sure an item is in stock before ordering, kindly please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our support staff would be more than happy to assist you in letting you know the current stock status of any particular item(s).
Returns or Exchanges are acceptable only if reported within 2 days of order delivery. Returns would only be accepted incase an incorrect size is shipped other than what was selected at the time the order was placed or a damaged and/or defective product is delivered.
We will gladly exchange the products if you ordered an incorrect size initially.
Pls note that the product must be unworn, unused, and brand new condition to qualify for a return or exchange. We will NOT process any return or exchange requests received after the 2 day timeframe. Custom orders, Festive and Decor items do not qualify for return or exchange.
